The train is composed of nine cross-functional teams, each with 6–10 members: Onboarding (new customer acquisition flows), Payments (transfers, SEPA, instant payments), Cards (debit/credit card management), Authentication (login, MFA, biometrics), Accounts (dashboards, statements, balances), Notifications (push, email, SMS infrastructure), Platform (shared services, API gateway), Mobile Foundation (iOS/Android shell and design system), and Site Reliability (observability, incident response, performance).
